1. About this policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that https://homes.me, operated by Emigeo Homes Real Estate LLC, uses. It is part of our Privacy Policy. Questions: supports@homes.me.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so that it can recognise your browser later. We also use the browser's local storage for preferences that never leave your device, and a session storage entry that lasts until you close the browser. All of them are listed below.
3. Your choices
On your first visit a banner asks whether we may use analytics and advertising cookies. Only necessary keeps the site working without them; Accept allows them. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie policy link in the footer, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings. Declining limits nothing: you can still search, chat with Emir AI and contact an advisor.
4. Necessary cookies and storage
These keep the site working and are set without consent.
- pi_consent (cookie, 12 months): remembers your cookie choice.
- pi_vid (cookie, 12 months): a random visitor identifier that keeps your searches, chat and lead together.
- pilang, piccy, pi_plain (cookies, 12 months): your language, display currency and Plain English setting.
- pifavourites, picompare, pirecent, pilastsearch, pidna (local storage, until you clear it): saved projects, the compare tray, recently viewed projects, your last search and your Matchmaker answers.
- pichat, pichats, pichatgreeted, pi_contact (local storage, until you clear it): your current Emir AI conversation, recent conversations and whether you already left your contact details.
- pivoicemuted, pivoicemicok, pichime_muted (local storage, until you clear it): voice and sound preferences.
- pi_attribution (session storage, until you close the browser): the campaign you arrived from, attached to a form you send so that we know which advert worked.
5. Analytics and advertising cookies (only with consent)
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4: how the site is used, pages, searches, tools and conversions. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Ads: measuring our Google advertising and showing relevant ads. policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API: measuring our Facebook and Instagram advertising and showing relevant ads. facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymised session recordings and heatmaps to improve the site. clarity.microsoft.com.
Without your consent these tags run in a consent-restricted mode that stores no cookies and no identifiers; only a cookieless count reaches Google.
6. Third-party content
Maps are provided by Mapbox and the WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp service. Each may set its own cookies when you use it, under its own policy.
7. Changes
We may update this list when the site changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
